Order Cancellations:

Once your order has entered the processing stage, we regret that cancellations are no longer possible. If you’ve recently placed an order and wish to cancel, please contact info.abcbacktobasics@gmail.com as soon as possible. Our team will assess the status of your order and advise if cancellation is still feasible. Please note that depending on the stage of processing, a cancellation fee may apply. Our customer service team will inform you of any applicable fees before proceeding with the cancellation.

Shipping Address Amendments:

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address once order processing has begun. Updates made to your contact or shipping details in your account will apply only to future orders and will not affect existing orders.

If you notice an error in the shipping address of a placed order, please reach out to info.abcbacktobasics@gmail.com immediately. While our team will do their best to assist with rerouting the order, we cannot guarantee success. If the order cannot be rerouted or is delivered to the incorrect address, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for the items.

Exchange & Return Policy:

We take great care to package our products safely and securely to prevent damage. All sales are final, and we do not offer exchanges or returns unless the product is defective or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately.

Products damaged due to the buyer’s negligence will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds, along with any delivery costs incurred, will be credited back to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Defective or incorrect products can only be exchanged for the same product(s) ordered. All return packages must be trackable and shipped with the returns form. Returns will be processed within 3-5 working days of being received.
